Shipping
Standard shipments for Spain and Portugal are FREE. Delivery is between 48-72 working hours.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are € 7.80 and FREE from € 60. Delivery is usually a maximum of one week.
Shipments to other European countries are FREE from € 60. If not, they have a cost of € 7.80. The estimated time for delivery is between 7-10 business days.
The price of shipments outside of Europe varies by country. The estimated time for delivery is between 14-25 working days.
As a general rule, we ship within 1-2 business days. There are products that we make on demand and in those cases we could take 1-2 more days to ship. In any case, we would try to manufacture it as soon as possible so that you have it very quickly.
Returns
We hope you are totally satisfied with your jewel but if you want to make a return you just have to send us an email to contacto@bysho.es.
You tell us what the order is, you tell us the reason and what you want to do (change, return, gift voucher, etc.).
Then we tell you how to do it (everything is super easy, don't worry).
Shipping costs for the first exchange or return are FREE for Spain and European countries.
For other countries, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
